Had my 4th IUI this morning.  Did the Letrozole step cycle this time and I got one really good follicle.  Triggered Tuesday night and did the IUI at 9:00 this morning.   Please let this one work!   Husbands sperm count were 200 million after the wash and a grade 3 so we got a lot of great swimmers in there.    I'm just so sick of hoping and hoping and then being disappointed when I see "not pregnant".    I'm trying to stay positive.

Well, I had my Progesterone checked yesterday but won't know the results until tomorrow.   I'm hoping it's better this time than last time.   I've been trying to be more positive even though on the day of the IUI, my doc said my estradiol had gone down and he expected it to go up.  That bummed me out, but maybe it's still okay.
