I agree that you need to use protection however the vaccine i believe is the best solution. I had sex with a man I thought we were serious and when I decided to tell him I had it, he broke it off and became violently angry. Be careful as I have learned my lesson. To be honest, it was in 2002 I found out that I had it and later found out I was born with it. Because I had no symptoms or anything, my husband at the time was fine with it. So over the years I forgot all about it.

I was told that because I had no symtoms and my liver was not inflamed, I did not need it anymore.
