Close Narcolepsy

I've had narcolepsy for years, but wasn't diagnosed until a few years ago. I experience EDS and fairly severe cataplexy (I'm like a ragdoll and I can be down for a couple of minutes in extreme cases), I also have sleep paralysis and hallucinations. My grandfather and his sister also had narcolepsy. Wondering if it skips generations.

Provigil Working / Worked

Xyrem Not Working

Going into month 3 using this stuff, with no improvements. I'm current on 6g 2x a night (only wake up for 1) and I'm supposed to increase to 9g. The side effects are nightmarish at times.

Close Other Ear Problems

I have chronic fluid build up in my left ear.
