My daughter has had ME/CFS for 4 years. She made a startling recovery over the summer following a course of 'The Lightning Process', but her health has since declined. She is certainly better than she was, but it has been a heart breaking few months. Hence my online absence.

No I don't belong to facebook. Maybe some day I will join but not now. I'm doing pretty well. I am seeing a new doctor who actually knows what he is doing which is great. I am feeling much better because of him and really think he can get me all the way well. I feel so close.
How are you and Rose? Am glad you want to stay in touch. If you ever leave DS please exchange e-mail addresses with me first.

I haven't been on DS for a while and am sadden to hear the lightneing process wasn't as successful as you'd hoped. The last I knew was she was recovering. What I would like to say is that you are a very strong, caring compassionate and wise woman. You do so well x x x
