How about joining a dance class. Do something fun! That way its not only about losing weight, if you can enjoy the time you spend on your body more pro-active your going to be.
hi. noticed you read my journal!! hope your hunger has gone, it is hard. have you tried high protein foods, not preaching but that really helped me. i was hopeless on low fat.

I am an extremely emotional eater! It's terrible! By this summer I really want to loose ten pounds! But I've been so stressed out lately that I just eat. The worst thing is I've fallen for those gimmick diets, like the Cabbage soup diet and so on, therefore my metabolism is screwed up! I really need some advice and motivation! I've gained ten pounds in the past month!
