  I've noticed the way my knowledge and time with others has become shallow . We all use our intuition as a tool but to discuss things fully leaves a clear understanding . Because of this fleeting conection with others I'm left to assume many conclusions . This has been part of me , like habit but not something I work at or enjoy . Just a fact of our busy lives possibly ?

   My choices could be better if I asked the questions insted of assuming . I recognize the need to slow down and listen . What life I have left is a blessing .

   Our energies flow like a rainbow

   Together throughout the world we blend

   With the animals and birds , turtles and fish

   We know ourselves this way

   We can never be lost .
