Close Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
October 19, 2007 left leg feeling "funny" a bit numb,& a bit painful.Slight redness. Called dr. Dr. did not seem concerned. By late afternoon, leg very painful & swelling.Difficult to walk. By the time I saw dr. leg was double in size & foot was red/purple. Dr could not find pulse in foot. Sent to ER.Put on Heperin & morphine. Bad reaction to morphine, BP dropped drastically. 5 days in hospital. Sent home on Warfarin, lovenox & oxycodone.Still suffering side effects & under treatment
