About Me
I am 54, was married for 27 years, divorced April 08, living alone since May 07. Ex moved in and out 3 times in 4 years. We have had counseling, alone, together, apart and me still! "You can't make someone love you, and you do not want to be married to someone who does not want you or to be married to you, " I am fun, a quick sense of humor, happy, talkative, artistic, quick to help others and loves to read. That is similar to what my kindergarten report card said and it is still me today. I came out of the divorce in good shape! I had a great lawyer and support. No kids, my dog recently died, This is beginning to sound like a online dating ad. Which I do not do.. I am in person gal!

Interests
I like everything! I like gardens, golf, cooking and books to read. I like working out and spinning. I love the radio ( talk a.m. and Sirrus) and music. I love life and this used to say I hope I can get over this.. now I say I am. I am happy, living a new life and I have walked through the fire and come out the other side.

Think of you - even though I'm not on ds! I am doing very well - it feels wonderful, I am loving my new life, and am able to deal with shit for brains so much better each week. Started doing a little dating in June, thought I wanted to see one guy exclusively, then quickly discovered whoa - not what I want! Even better - it turned out to be a powerful positive part of my journey. Sure was fun while it lasted!
Hope all is still going onward and upward with you.

Thanks ....there have just been issues with my daughter, my son now has the flu (probably H1N1), and the ex, while not having the time to parent, certainly has time to date. To be honest, I could care less if he dates. DO care about my kids. Will survive...and ty again.
