Close Phobia
Type: Social PhobiaPhobia, depression, anxiety from must go to VA for psych treatment. Now have memory from childhood I must share or get worse. Noone I trust to tell. Gov won't give me other care providers. problems get worse. What to do?
Treatments
- Acceptance Working / Worked
- Tried to find other care. Always refered back to VA. Tried to accept that since I have noone I trust, or even feel comfortble being around, this memory must remain bottled up. All symptoms getting worse and worse.
Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
I now remember from childhood why social, sexual anxiety. Care providers sexually, emotionally harrised, molested. Symptoms worse till I share memory. Noone I trust to tell. So much alone time! Want to stat living.
Treatments
- Forgiveness Working / Worked
- forgive the offender, forgive myself, still I need someone too talk to, to listen. Not a forgivness issue any more.
- Leave Working / Worked
- Tried to get different care providers outside the VA, but eventually I am told "you belong to the VA. Stuck with VA, unless I can pay for expensive psychiatrist.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Told mother about the memory, but got no respoce other than any other call. Tried to get appointment w sexual abuse center, no call back, once talking to VA. depression, anxiety worse and worse.
