I was diagnosed with Endo a year ago. I tried everything my gyno told me to do, I had the laparoscope done, tried lupron, birth control, pain medication, herbes, and yoga. And nothing worked!! Right now, I'm just FRUSTRATED with this pain. I join this support group to find more answers cuz my gyno has no more answers for me. So, who every is reading this PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, I undestand your frustration. I was officially diagnosed with endo stage 3 1.5 year ago after lapo surgery. My advise - Try yoga... kundalini yoga. I found it for myself useful. Also, try to keep you mind in peace. If I'm nervious, then endo pain comes back soon. I hope it will help.
