About Me
I am a stay at home mom of a three year old son. I am a cancer survivor, with Lupus. I also have anxiety & panic disorder. My family and all my animals are what keeps me going when I feel sick. Before I had my son, I did wildlife education programs for children with non-releasable wildlife. I also did pet assisted therapy for alzheimers patients with my bunnies and goats. I look forward to being able to do my animal programs again (when my son starts school). Eventually, I would like to start an animal sanctuary at my home and do programs for kids and children with cancer at my home. I have many dreams...They keep me going ")

I've been way too hard on you. Because now I know that you don't know you are mean. You have MPD! You don't know that your alter personality, LuvMyAnimals, is sending nasty messages telling Dallas and me that we are "a waste of human space," for which she(you) could get kicked off DS. You don't know that you have multiple personality disorder! (At the same time LuvMyAnimals is sending hateful messages to Dallas, WildAnimalLover is supporting her in the hair dye discussion.) Wow, I feel sorry for both of YOUS. You really are a sad case. Get well.

I am 37 years old with a wonderful husband, toddler, and lupus(which is not wonderful).I was a sickly child but got extremely sick after an open chest surgery to remove a mass from my above my heart.I was so sick for a year.So miserable, I wanted to die.After several doctors,I found an amazing rheumy who dx me with Lupus & APS.My life is worth living for again.
Treatments
- Plaquenil Working / Worked
- Works amazingly but only after being on it for at least a month or so.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- Sometimes it has worked. But I am always on the plaquenil when I have a bad flare up
Close Skin Cancer
Type: Malignant MelanomaI was diagnosed with melanoma cancer and never bathed in the sun. I have never been tan in my life! I wish I would have at least had a nice tan for all my pain/suffering. LOL. It is hereditary in my family.Having been dx with cancer has taken an emotional toll on my life. Im looking for support from others who have been in my same situation.
Open Antiphospholipid Syndrome
I have APS and possible Lupus. But, Im not sure if some of my symptoms are APS related and would love to hear others experiences.
