Hey, there you are! Nice to hear from you. Weird winter here, too. We've had cold but no precipitation to speak of. It's probably a good thing, because I'm not ready to deal with shoveling and blowing snow. Thanks for stopping by. Hugs, d

Hi Cheryl. I had a flashback yesterday, of an old avatar you used. I don't think I met you until after or during your summer trip to Texas, and you posted the warm looking beach photos and then your lovely garden, and it all seems so long ago. How are you feeling? How's your weather? How's your son? How's life? No winter here, but colder than I'm prepared to deal with at the moment. But, all in all, I'm hanging in there. Hope you're well. Hugs, d

Your Thanksgiving sounded like something that suits me better than the large gatherings, although it's fun to get the group together once in a while. There will be fewer and fewer opportunities for that in the years to come. But duck! How cool is that!? My FIL used to cook goose for Christmas, but that was before my time in the family. I hope you're still feeling well! Hugs, d

Hi Cheryl. How's things? Hope you're not snow bound. We keep getting hints of snow, and it's snowed in the higher places, but nothing heavy or low eleveations, yet. Hope you're well. Hugs, d

Hi, Cheryl. I've been thinking about you, hoping things are going OK. I hope you've got everything moving well with your son, and best wishes with the transition to winter. We're getting a little reprieve here, which is bringing out the day dreamer in me. I'm going to try hiking again tomorrow, just to keep my moving parts... well, moving! Best wishes and hugs, Doug

Thanks for your nice words, Cheryl. I turned out the lights in my troubled place, so that helps. I'm really sorry that you're in a dark place, and hope that you're able to resolve things. I know you have exceptional resolve, and pray you can pass through. Love and hugs, Doug
