Close Chronic Pain
I originally hurt my back in 1970. Here it is many years and four surgeries later and I am still dealing with it. I have had 4 surgeries and have had to give up two careers. Not only having to deal with the pain on a daily baisis, I also have to deal with workman's comp and that is so devestating. I hope I can find some support, someone who has and is there.
Close Back Pain
I am a 55 yr old wife, mother and grandmother. I have dealt with a bad back sine 1970. Four surgeries later, I am unemployable and getting worse all the time. I deal daity with depression, pain, anxiety, sadness, and emptyness. I am also dealing with workman's comp who is trying their hardest to discredit me and my injury. They are making my life miserable. My doctor is suggesting I find a support group. I hope I have come to the right place. I need someone who understands.

- This is the treatment I like the best.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- This would help buy only temporarily
- Darvon Not Working
- not strong enough
- Fentanyl Working / Worked
- I liked it but my dr took me off because it is so addicting and my body was needing more
- Flexeril Working / Worked
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- I take double strength. This is the only med that is helping me get through the day.
- Morphine Working / Worked
Open Degenerative Disc Disease
I am a 55 yr old grandmother who has had 4 back surgeries so far. I have passed DDD to my two daoughters. I live with pain every day of my life. I am unable to work, some days barely able to get out of bed - emotionally. To see me you would not know I hurt as I cover it well, but I hurt all the time. I could use the support I can get.
