Hope you are finding some comfort in this near-winter season. I like to light a candle - and be outside long enough to appreciate the warmth when I go back in.
I miss chatting too. I think I'm at a point where I can relax a little now. We have a lot to catch up on so let me know when you'll be around & in the meantime take care! = )
Good to hear from you - right now I am trying to work on positive habits -- like right now winding down and trying to let go of work stuff.

My mother is/was very controlling. Lots of self-esteem issues from this.
I get lonely alot even though I have friends. Not sure why that is.
I have had significant personal problems in the last several years that have finally started getting the best of me. I have anxiety on a pretty regular basis. I also have been having difficulty sleeping.
