My daughter brought Bock (3) for a visit today and he will be here for a week. I am tired but he has brought sunshine in to my life. He makes me laugh and play. Over the last couple of weeks I had forgotten how much my grandchildren bring into my life.

We have been to the shops and he picked out a toy mobile phone, he loves talking on the phone now. A year ago we found out that he was almost deaf and surgery has fixed it. On Saturday here is the South Australian Xmas Pageant and after he is looking forward to putting up the tree. I wasnt going to bother this year but I am now looking forward to it as last year his brother now 5 helped putting it up.

I can remember about 6 years ago saying that the tree wasnt going up anymore then my daughter told me she was pregnant and that soon changed. Xmas is for the children and brings joy to the whole family.

It is amazing how the smallest of things can change the way that we feel, I blessed with 5 grandchildren now and need to remember that the joy they bring can be at any time of the year.
