My 13 year old son has just completed his first round of chemo for stage 2A Bulky Hodgin's Lymphoma. It's Ok to be scared. I was very scared until he began chemo. Once we saw the Dr's and nurses on a regular basis they helped make everything a little easier and strangly enough bring peace to the situation. As long as you have a strong support group you will do fine. Keep smiling!

I have 2 friends who were both diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma this past year and kept working through treatment (both chemo and radiation). There were some days that are harder than others, but it is possible. I will keep you in my prayers!

I'm really not sure what type of lymphoma I have since I recently found out that a mass removed from my back was diagnosed positive for lymphoma. I am currently waiting for the final report to go back to the surgeon, who will then contact my doctor. My last appointment with him is when he told me and also told me it is treatable with chemo. I am very scared and nervous about this situation. I think I'm more nervous of not being able to go to work as I really need my weekly income. Sine my husband had his stroke, he isn't the same as he was before that. When I talk to him he just nods his head and says it will be okay. I have fate that it will be okay, but I do need a shoulder now and then. I am just so scared about this and want some feedback. Thank you very much for listening to me. Debra
