Current student of Stratford Career Institute that is a Home study Program for various topics...Mine is Travel and Tourism. I am a 30-something wgm in a very loving relationship and it get better and better everyday now (and that is no lie!). I open up my communication with my hubby and he does the same thing with me. For the first time, when I ask him for advice, I accept his answer and act on it. I'll update this as need be. Until then, I hope that the lonely gets some friends, those who have friends are not used by them for negative purposes and that they find better ones. I also hope that the unemployed find employment soon and that the world will soon be at peace by loving each other and not with wars. I know that sound impossible, but it can become a reality--a reality that can be achieved if we put our minds to it and start it at home: in our own towns, cities, states. today I took my 4th exam in my class and got an 80% which is a "B". Overall avg. now is 90% ("a").

Hard of Hearing in left ear since as long as I can remember:10-15% hearing loss in it. Need people to face me directly when they are talking to me, and I'm also trying to learn asl on my own, but not successful that way...very little progress. I also lip read others all the time, as well.

I'm not autistic, but came across a young boy who was absolutely terrified to walk outside when I was standing a few feet away from him...It opened my eyes in some way and that way is to know more about this disease (is that the right word? I don't want to offend any one!). Thanks!
Diagnosed 2 days ago by new therapist. I'm also BP1 and Schizoaffective disorder...In short, I feel like there is no hope anymore because of my head being so F'd up,and that is putting it mildly of how I feel right now!
I can remember ever since I was 5 years old, that I have always counted the dishes: getting ready to wash them, washing them, rinsing them and putting them away...Always counting them--or anything that I do, even counting the signs for a (brief time) down the highway! I don't know yet if I have OCD for 2weeks, but I cannot wait that long! Any ideas?
It all started in 2008 (late) when I notice that I was having more trouble than usual breathing--couldn't hardly get dressed! On 12.22.08 I had a breathing test done and the result was the EARLY ONSET OF COPD. Immediatly started Combivent.
