  I was curious how many Tramadol you take? I have been experiementing and I have found if I take half a pill 4 times a day it keeps the pain down. I also watch what I eat and drink and try to avoid things that set my bladder and stomach off. It seems like the same things hurt both. And I have been taking Desert Harvest Aloe for IC. And Multidophilus for stomach and ezcema. Yeah I take a lot of pills every day so I am not 100% normal but at least I am almost pain free.
  I appreciate your response. I am glad you have somthing that helps your back pain it does help my back too.
  I hope you find a way to be mostly pain free some day.

  Thanks for your support! I wish I could go out and work but no one seems to want to deal with my potty breaks. I worked for lawyers all my life that is the field i know but they are not understanding to this disease... so I am trying to work from home making party favors on ebay we shall see how it goes, but it is somewhat theraputic for me. It is not demanding and keeps me busy when i need it!
