I was curious how many Tramadol you take? I have been experiementing and I have found if I take half a pill 4 times a day it keeps the pain down. I also watch what I eat and drink and try to avoid things that set my bladder and stomach off. It seems like the same things hurt both. And I have been taking Desert Harvest Aloe for IC. And Multidophilus for stomach and ezcema. Yeah I take a lot of pills every day so I am not 100% normal but at least I am almost pain free.
I appreciate your response. I am glad you have somthing that helps your back pain it does help my back too.
I hope you find a way to be mostly pain free some day.
      Have a great day!
      Tori

    • Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)

I've had IC since 1993. This past I've had a hard time getting it under control. I just finished another round of DMSO and I believe it has helped a little. I try to keep a good attitude but it can be really tough some days.

I had had symptoms of Narcolepsy for the last 4 or 5 months but I really thought I was falling asleep all the time due to of all the meds I take making me sleepy.
