46 year old divorced Mother of 4(1 bio and 3 step) I am a graphic designer and sportswriter and good at what I do, however I do have issues(like everyone else) and I need some DS in my life to help me get rid of the bad and move on.

ADHD is bullshit. You aren't the only one who's life has been turned upside down. I'm not belittling your position, but the reality is that there is no happy ending now, so you are going to have to make things as good as you can for your children now. Let that be your focus and the rest will follow.

Close Sensory Integration Disorder
My seven year old son has been diagnosed with this since he was four. He is receiving OT at school, however that is all. I do not believe the educators are listening to me about this illness. They are concerntrating on ADHD and I feel his main problem is the Senory issues. He is a classic case and all I want for him is to enjoy school and be happy.
Treatments
- Daytrana Somewhat Helpful
- It is a patch so he can get a consistent dosage. I dont feel that this is addressing the Senfory issues very well.
Open ADHD / ADD
I have a 15 year old step son and a seven year old son who have been diagnosed with this. My 15 year old has always struggled with school and is so far behind now he probably will not graduate with his class. I am at my wits end trying to help him. My seven year old also has Sensory issues and I feel those are impacting him more than the ADHD.
