I'm a 30 year old mother of two wonderful boys aged 8 an d 11 and a wife of a brilliant loving and VERY understanding sympathetic husband 9 yrs of marriage and 15yrs all together! i'm so suprised he hasn't run a mile.. i havent been in work for a good few years due to my illness so i read ALOT to keep my brain active. i love to keep fit but again it has suffered due to Crohn's.I'm a pretty upbeat person and try to look on the bright side but i do get down now and then so thats why i'm here to meet people like me or maybe not!! I hate to think my family has suffered due to my illness but they have and so have i, i feel like i miss out on so much fun stuff but i won't stop trying to beat this! Had an illeostomy on 7th Jan 09 and coping with stoma- it still hasn't got me down! Recently had illeostomy reversed and Crohn's is back

I don't get much time to go on this site as I work full time. It's great to swap experiences and ideas with other people who understand what we're going through. Hope you're well at the moment. As a matter of interest which hospital are you under? I'm under the care of an excellent consultant Dr. Quest at the Rochdale infirmary. Take care xx
I agree with TT, your avitar pic is very pretty!
