BP1 / BPD, I am a cutter, I suffer from anxity and panic attacks. I am all about horses, my daughter is a barrel racer and I love to watch her ride. I have a paint mare that is 8 years old, I am a member of AQHA and APHA, I enjoy camping with my wife of 28 years and have been a truck driver for 23 years. "Live life like today is your last day living, because it just may be." My favorite song has to be by PINK, DON'T LET ME GET ME.

Well i dont like to think i made you cry, but if you say its a good thing, then ok :)
I dont suffer from what you do, but i know when my depression was at its worst i was up and down in my moods in the blink of an eye. Its horrible so i can sympathise xx-

Hey hun, I've just read your post in the SI group, thought you could use one of these. Well done on going three months - thats fantastic and you should be very proud of that. So you had a little slip, it happens to us all. But we clean up, start a fresh and carry on. I hope you find peace...you are not hurting people as much as you think...at least not as much as suicide would hurt them. I like to do yoga as silly as that sounds, but it really helps me calm down

- Can not take, have an adverse reaction, my liver ALT jumps through the roof for some reason.

- I was on 30 day of intensive out patient theropy after a bout with a gun in my mouth. You know, for some reason the doctors don't like you to do that.
- Lithium Working / Worked
- good in combination with the right mix of meds.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- I am taking 800mg a day. It works great for me, when I am ready to go to sleep, I take them and I am out like a light. I have been on this for nearly 3 years, I don't think I could live on without them. The only side effect I have is it makes me very dizzy, and sleepy.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- gotta love it, part of my drug cocktail that keeps me breathing for yet another day, no matter how high I am or how low I am.
