About Me
I have been on kidney dialysis for 5 1/2 years. Am on the transplant list in Houston but have hard time finding a match. I go to dialysis on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I have had many surgeries to have grafts put into my arms and chest. My life is very boring because I can't work due to disability with my hips. I get depressed at times but I try to remember that I am a Christian and that I shouldn't let life get me down.

It's so hard to let them go! I understand, it's their time to fly and I want to see her soar, but at the same time letting go of my baby, she'll always be my baby, is heartbreaking, I want to go back and do it all over again. Kellye

Close Dialysis
I was diagnosed with lupus in 1998 and was told that it had affected my kidneys. I was on chemotherapy once a month for four years before I contracted pneumonia and my kidneys failed completely. I have been on dialysis since 2002.
