About Me
I am 34 yr old mother of 3 who is almost a yr out from Gastric Bypass Surgery. I started at 345 lbs and I weigh 137 lbs. I am so happy I chose to have the GBS..it has given me another chance at life and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I am now getting ready for print modeling/commercial work. I fly out Monday, August 10th to NJ to work on my portfolio...wish me the best...I may need it hehe I also have a myspace page too. Hubby(George) and I have been married over 13 yrs. GBS was 08/18/08.

Interests
Family, Tanning, Meeting new friends, Dancing, I love to watch anything that will make me laugh! I love to Laugh! I had been going to BBW bar for about 5 yrs. But since I gained all this weight...I don't think it was such a positive influence on me. But I had a blast with people who accepted me at the weight I am at and made lots of friends that I still have contact with..just not at the bar.

Close Gastric Bypass Surgery
I am a mother of 3 kids and getting ready for my gastric Bypass surgery in a few weeks if I pass the phych evaluation tomorrow. I been overweight since about 14. And kept gaining more and more as the yrs and pregnancys went by.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I have been bipolar all my life but wasnt diagnosed until 3 suicide attempts. They did not believe in diagnosing people under 18. Then I was put in several mental hospitals where they would not medicate me cause they said I was too mean.

- Ativan Not Working
- Did not work.
- Depakote Working / Worked
- This worked but caused weight gain.. made me sleep to much and hair fell out.
- Geodon Too Soon to Tell
- This is what I just started taking.
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- It was ok.. but when I am in bad mood I dont like to be around people..especially group therapy
- Haldol Working / Worked
- it worked but I kept overdosing on it on purpose. SO they took it from me.
- Lamictal Not Working
- I was allergic to this.
- Risperdal Not Working
- Did not work.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- Helped speed up my diabties.
- Tegretol Working / Worked
- worked about 3 yrs. Then it stopped.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- worked about 4 yrs then stopped.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- This worked and helped me quit smoking but body got used to it.
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Prozac has been the best antidepressant for me so far!!

I have son who has ADHD, Bipolar and Asbergers. He is only 9 and been diagnosed at 4.
