Thanks so much. I learned that when I had my heart attack. It was a major wake up call for me. After that my best girlfrie,and and sister-in-law died from breast cancer. We were talking about it one day and the next day, she was telling me she had inoperable breast cancer at stage 4. Just that fast...Remember that song about, "Dance"? It's something like, "if you have the chance to sit or dance, dance". I have that on my ipod and listen to it when I'm exercising.
