      You truly are not alone in this massive world. I'm not on like i used to be but have a feeling i will be a lot more as time passes and the hurt doesn't.       Its OK to scream and yell .If it brings you back to reality.Sometimes our pain and our inability to get what we need said out makes us numb and confused.I get this way when I am depressed for a long time.Please understand that being sad or depressed really changes your outlook on life but you can always get it back .HUGS
