My current goal is to lose 2 pounds this week, and that might be a little ambitious. As small as that amount is, it may be better to push it back to one pound. I'm in the third week of South Beach, where you add some good carbs, so the weight will come off more slowly.
Perhaps I'll just leave it alone.






Your goal seems realistic to me. I happen to be in the "slow school". I set low goals, then am sooooo happy when I meet them! :) It's sort of a game, but what the heck. I also have accepted the fact that a life style change is a more important goal than watching the scale. Stay positive!

Sounds like a great goal to me! You've been on a role lately - I'm going to have to check out the SB diet so I know how it works. You been doing great - and I know you're committed - but I'll wish you Good luck anyway!
