Gosh - why does this keep happening! Now a guy that lives upstairs bugs me for smokes and money. Work - well a girl there constantly wears very strong perfume - forces me to go home or sit with someone else until the scent dies down. How does this happen. I went to my Manager - she spoke to this girl - and this girl still does it! Drive me nuts! I have a doctors appointment tommorrow for Trigger Point Needling again - I hope I have the strength to ask him to get me an exception for my work station. So it can accomadate me standing or sitting. I do not know what else to do.... my family doctor says to be more diplomatic when asking. What the heck does that mean. Blunt doesn't work? Brown my nose should be? So FRUSTRATING... and what I have noticed... this is a bloody constant in my life! How do you change it? I am sick of being nice about things.... accepting the unacceptable! HELP!!!!!

UPDATE

Had my doctors appt. and he will not give me a letter to help for work. Would be nice if I could have a sitting and standing work station. Would help... The guy upstairs has disappeared. Good riddens. Not giving him anything anymore. I am learning to say NO. I am thinking of taking a course on how to be more assertive. Will see if I can get that to work with my work schedule. As long as I can still go to work and pay for all my medical appointments - it is a start. I am so depressed it's not funny any more. When you have no one it is tough to just get up everyday. My 2 days off I stay in bed until the pain is so bad I have to get up and walk. What a life!
