Over the weekend I went to the hospital thinking my appendix had burst or was about to. Within an hour I was admitted and spent 3 days and 2 nights going through tons of tests. My arms are full of holes and bruises and I still can't get the barium taste out of my mouth...lol
The x-rays and the ct-scans show an abnormality in the small intestine, but it is something the surgeons (4) have never seen. So they want to go in and look with a scope. Once they see it, they will either fix it or at least identify the problem.
Very likely, the MS is probably causing the nerves to malfunction, so my suggestion was to cut out the affected intestine. That is also what the surgeon figures will happen. I just don't want him to go in and look around and leave, I want him t fix it while he is there. Plus I can always afford to lose a few feet of intestines...lol
So next Thursday I get the knife, so I at least want to be awake for the scope, then he can put me under to fix it once I know what it is.
If it wasn't for bad luck i would have no luck...lol
