  Sorry to hear about your sister - so young too! Her description of visual impairment is exactly what happens when I have a migraine coming on - I can time it to about 20 minutes before the dreaded pain comes on - I also feel nausea, cannot stand light or sounds. I've never heard of symptoms being caused bt stroke before. When I had the 1st stroke, I became aphasic. Took over 18 months before I felt OK to go out & talk to peoplke, tho' I was better with family. Younger daughter used to finish my sentances for me. Thanks for this info. JaneD.
