Well i went to A spine institute, and had a exam and they told me that it was bad but they would try to do a nerve block first ,it seems to be pressing on my sciatca ..well i went and i felt wonderful after they did it, all i felt was a little prick..then a warm sensation down my legs..Well it is still better the before....I dont know how long this will last..I had it done on Monday, i do have a little pain in the legs i hope that is nothing..I did have a reaction from the steriod. flushing in the face but that is going away.... But i am staying positive..the Lycria seems to be working...But still have bad days along with the good!!!
