About Me
I hurt my back 6 years, which made it so that I couldn't get up, but within a week i was back to normal. Then 2006 without any warning it came back. Have found out that I have slipped two discs in my back quite bad and 5-6 slight. It causes a really bad bad pains in both my legs, which can be unbearable at time. I live with my partner who I met in 2005 and she has been great about my injury and has stood me though everything. I have 5 kids (I must be mad).

Hi cant beleive that they want to give you more meds. are you ok. they should be giving you more options than that. what meds are you on?. if it is in your legs like mine then you should ask about the stimulator. it costs around 15,ooo pounds so that maybe why they havent offerd you it. But they should give you more options than just more meds. please forgivre the waffling i am a bit drunk. (nothing better than morphine and alcohol to get rid of the pain.

Hi yes i am going to the review. i am not to bad. but they want to give me a spinal cord stimulator. that makes me a bit nervous. How are you getting on.?

Hi i hope you are well. the only thing i am doing is the pacing. the exercises i am not realy doing ecept walking the dog, how is it going with the medication. has your course started yet .. i hear we still have one group session left to do.

Open Prescription Drug Abuse
I've been on painkillers now for 3 years and a high dose of tramadol for all the three years. When the docs wanted me to come off it slowly, i found that i get cravings for it, a get moody and start agruments with my partner. Spoke to the do and told me i was addicted to it.
