  Don't give up. I've had chronic daily headaches for the last eight years as well. Some days are really hard and it's difficult to stay hopeful, but there's still good things out there. If you'd like to chat drop me a note :-) One thing I have found lately is that yoga is really helping with my shoulder and neck tension so maybe it would be helpful for you.

  just wanted to let u knw im still here for ya and i still care as ure in our prayers daily :) i hope things are goin well for ya and knw that no matter what life thros ure way i knw u have the strength to overcome it and move fwrd cause ure an amazing person and i have faith in ya :) thank you for always bein my friend and always shoin u care :) u dnt knw what that means to me and i am blessed to have gotten to knw ya and am thankful we found DS and u :) i posted an entry to update u all on things which i knw i hardly do lol but thought it was about time lol stay strong friend never give up cause u arent alone and i promise to get to all entries this week as jrs workin overtime i gots time to sit dwn and and pay each of my friends more attention :) so smile dont frown and know i am always around :) LUVZ & HUGGZ ALWAYS ure grl ---K*ShortY

  i know exactly how u feel. u can sugest toyour doctor putting you on something to prevent migraines i have and i don't have as many migraines is not a cure but it might get your life back again
