Close Infertility

I have blocked fallopian tubes as a result of severe scar tissue from prior pelvic surgeries. To diagnose the infertility the surgeon perforated my bowel, which then caused more scar tissue. I have been sick for all but six months of our 2 1/2 year marriage. We could try IVF but for ethical reasons we have decided to adopt. I have never experienced any of the procedures to assist with pregnancy. This is a blessing but also I feel like a minority in the infertility community.

Adoption Working / Worked

We are waiting for a referral from Vietnam. However, at this time it looks like this may not happen as Vietnam adoptions are closing and all of our material will be returned from Vietnam. We have been emotionally and financially committed to this adoption.
