Hi Kathleen: Seems like we haven't talked in forever. Hope you're doing well. I will most likely be in Raleigh within the week. My mother is dying so I will be down for the funeral. When, I can't say -- she's in a hospice and has lasted longer than anyone thought. I don't know if it's practical but I'd love to meet you for coffee while I'm in the area. At any rate, let's try to keep in touch more. I miss the talks we had, that is, I think you're a good person and want to keep cultivating the friendship. cheers, Carl

I am afraid to be alone and spend an inordinate amount of time and energy avoiding it. If I do have to be alone, I will often have a panic attack.

- Ativan Somewhat Helpful
- Helps me cope on a day to day basis... one of several meds that took me from dysfunctional to functional.
- Breathing Exercises Not Working
- I keep trying, but usually I am too panicked to do it correctly.
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- One of several meds that are helping me get through the day.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- I try to run through a list of things I am grateful for when I am really afraid. Sometimes it helps a little.
- Biaxin Working / Worked
- A life saver, literally took me from nonfunctioningly suicidal to getting through the day!!!
- Geodon Working / Worked
- Gave me the first relief I have ever had from constant obsessive intrusive thoughts.
