About Me
I am a mom of an 18 year old, who is now married. I have been with my dear fiance, who I call my husband for 7 years. I have 2 feamle dogs named Molly(4) and Sasha(10). I grew up with my mom, dad, sister, and brother. My dad, mom, and brother have all passed away. I miss them a lot. My dad died when I was 17, my brother in 2003, and my mom in 2005. My mom was my very best friend. I miss her so much. I am in college. I almost done my degree. I want to continue on taking Art and Photography classes; maybe open my own business...a dream of mine.

I hope your today is better, I will keep you in my prayers. Please remember that sometimes, we have to make difficult choices. Don't look at these choices as being selfish, look at them from a standpoint of getting better. Even those we love can make us ill, from ignorance or they simply don't care. Either way, I wish you a blessed day.

i totally understand what you are going through. i have fibro, but i also have nerve damage in my back and sometimes i can't get out of bed. i hope you feel better. i am in bed now trying to get over this flare-up.

About 3-4 yrs ago I began having stiffenss and soreness, but it would come and go. The time in between was a good length, but then about 2 years ago it was increasingly getting worse. Then a yeara go I went a Rheumatologist. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am waiting to get on Enbrel for arthritis and not sure what the doc will do for my fibro...or if there is anything the doc can do.
Treatments
- Adderall Working / Worked
- Without this medicine I would not be able to function much at all. I also would have had to drop out of my college class I am taking if it were not for Adderall. It helps me wake up and think more clearly. I still struggle some while I am on it but I do better on it then not taking it at all. Love that I have this med.
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- Not really doing as much as I would lke and somedays it is worse. So I am not sure. I have been on it aabout 2-3 months.
- Heat Working / Worked
- It works sometimes. Especially while it is on the troubled area, but after I remove it and move around the pain can come back. Half of the time it works very well and sometimes not much at all. I guess that is my defiant body.
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- I took Lyrica but it knocked me out and when I woke up I felt like I had been out drinking whiskey all night. I couldn't handle this med even with a small dose of 25mgs. So no it didn't help me.

- Surgery Somewhat Helpful
- I have had Lithotripsies, and Ueretoscopic procedures done to remove/crush stones. They usually return.
Open Degenerative Disc Disease
I have DDD and spinal stenosis. OA in back, knees, neck, hips....well all over.
