May Day Flowers
I just read your message now. You are absoultely right. I figured that out myself, fortunately and still smoke free since early December. I miss a particular friend that was a big smoking buddy, though.

I quit smoking 7 months ago. I have 40 pounds to lose. I need more energy. I need to feel proud of the way I look again. I need the release from exercise, I really like the endorphans. I am 38, married, mother of one 14 year old girl. I need help keeping up my fitness goals. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
I'm 38, married, one daughter, age 14. She is beautiful, smart (though it doesn't translate to grades) great athlete and generally a strong willed teenager. I cherish her! She is speeding into her mid-teens and I am working on keeping things under control with her. I could definitely use some support and information.
38, married, one daughter who is 14 and starting high school. I don't eat as well as I would like. Seems like I am too busy. I need to make it a priority so I can lose the 40lbs I have gained since I got married.
