  I just wanted to say I LOVE your snowman avatar - brightens my California heart! I don't see much snow in this part of the state - so I appreciate the moving snowflakes, etc. But then, I tend to shed a few tears at Disneyland when they have the closing fireworks and release millions of mini-bubbles that also resemble snow :) Just wanted to thank you for brightening my day! and to commend you for your good taste!

  Hi Karen! :) awww! :) Thank you so very much, for your wonderful support. :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) We hope you all are enjoying the day. :) my mom talked with AT&T earlier, we are going to get a new modem on wednesday. :) We're currently on sprint internet. :) We're very thankful to be online. :) That's so very wonderful that you all got to enjoy the beautiful snowfall there. :) there is something very magical about the snow. :) it's very peaceful. :) i'm looking forward to winter wonderland here in CT, taking pictures of the snow. :) the bluejays, red cardinals, seagulls, black birds, and chickadees birds visit our neighborhood a lot during winter season. :) we're so very happy, and thankful you all had a safe trip. i remember about 15 years ago, we were in parking lot, and snow was so slippery, our car did a full 360 sliding! oh my! we sure held on tight! thankfully we were alright. :) many thanks Karen, for your wonderful support. :) on friday, Kayla and i are going to bake candy cane and christmas tree themed cookies. :) We all say hi. :) We send our love, warm friendship wishes, caring thoughts, many blessings, and lots of super big happy friendship hugs, and happy holidays smiles, from CT. :) Take care, enjoy a nice afternoon. :)

  Hi Karen, Lou, Jenn, and family! :) Happy holidays! :) We hope you all are enjoying a great day. :) my family and i are so very happy, and delighted that you all enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving. :) are you all gonna put up Christmas tree soon? :) i have began to decorate for Christmas here in my computer room. :) my mom loves to make chocolate truffles for Christmas, she rolls the truffles in red and green sprinkles. :) INTERNET UPDATE! :) hi friends! :) We're having some issues with our new spring internet. this morning, the internet wasn't working. after 7am, it finally came online. i was talking with my mom, we are gonna call AT&T today, to see if they can come over to look at the lines, and to see what they can do, to get our high speed internet fixed. last night, i was very very happy to be back online, and to be able to write to friends. :) i was able to upload pictures, but it took long time to upload pictures. with the high speed internet, i could upload 5 at a time, but uploading 5 on new internet, took about 10 minutes, and with high speed internet, it took only a brief minute or two. we are online, with sprint right now. i am emotionally not 100%. all of the internet issues, have really brought lots of emotionally stress on our thoughts. we so very badly want internet to work like it use too. we're keeping strong, and in good spirits. :) i'm having a difficult time focusing, because of the internet issues. i haven't even been able to write like i usually write, because i've been emotionally distraught because of the internet issues. what we are going to do, is we're gonna contact AT&T today, we're definitely gonna get high speed internet working again, and will be back to 100%, very soon. :) UPDATE :) we have contacted AT&T, and are in process of getting AT&T internet fixed. Thank you so very much, for all of your wonderful comments, warm well wishes, hugs, and amazing support, as we go through these challenging times with internet connection issue.   Hi Karen, Lou, Jenn, and family! :) super big happy friendship hugs! :) how are you all? :) how was your Thanksgiving? :) i'm back online! :) i've missed you all so very very much! it's been very rough not being able to come online. we've had some internet connection issues. SUNFLOWER HUGS!!! :) We are back online!!! :) oh my! oh boy!!! We have missed you all so very very much!!! my fmaily and i hope and pray, that everyone is well, and that you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving, and are having a great weekend! :) It's so very nice to be back! :) a very special shoutout, to my family, and friends. :) You all help me so very much, and helped me to be able to keep calm, focused, and in good spirits. :) i want to thank you all so very much, for all of your wonderful hug, comments, messages, texts, and phone calls. :) thank you so very much for reaching out to us. :) i wanted to give a quick recap of what's been going on. early last week, monday, i noticed that internet was a bit shakey, but was still manageable. when thursday arrived, it was working alright, but thursday evening, it really began to click off-line alot. internet issues are so frustrating too, we were so upset about internet not working well. friday morning, the internet was barely working. i apologize for the double, even triple hugs, as i was trying to get the hugs to go through, and internet kept going off. around 3pm friday, we began to try to get internet stable again, and worked until about 8pm. finally got it to work, but was still clicking offline every few seconds, so i was unable to upload pictures. i felt so bad, we wanted to share our baking friday adventure with everyone.on saturday, internet wasn't working at all. i was very desperate to get online, i even tried to get online with cell phone. i typed message up, but it didn't post. we noticed that our router/modem was recieving wi-fi from our cell phones. i was able to briefly get online saturday night, and was able to post journal. i wanted to update everyone on how things were going. sunday morning, internet wasn't working, but we had plenty of hope! :) my niece Alyssa, got us back online!!! :) She recently got a new cell phone service with sprint, and they have broadband internet. :) they went out shopping today, and stopped by the sprint store to learn about internet, and my mom called me, and said, "we going to get online, TODAY!!!" :) oh my! :) we were so excited!!! :) we got a free rebate for the internet, the sprint modem ended up being free, we did get the internet service, it's wireless, and is about $60 per month. :) we kept strong together, and in good spirits. :) everyone arrived home with new internet, and we hooked it up, and we are back online! :) thank you Alyssa, and family, friends, so very much!!! :)we are so very happy and excited to be back online. :) there's been so much going on, thanksgiving, baking friday, birthdays, and trying to get online. i'm slowly getting back on track. :) i'm in really good spirits. :) i believe, within 24 hours, i should be fully back on track with things. :) i can't wait to read your journals, and view your new pictures. :) i'm gonna slowly catch up. :) Thank you all so very much for bearing with me, and sticking with us. :) You all are our sweet dear wonderful guardian angels. :) BIG GROUP HUG! :) We send our love, warm friendship wishes, caring thoughts, many blessings, and lots of super big happy friendship hugs, from CT! :) We love you all bunches and bunches! :) we hope to hear from you all very soon. :) my mom and Kayla says hi :)

  We haven't had our snow yet, but it is coming. I live in Shasta County, and it usually falls the latter part of November-middle of December. Last year at this time I was in San marcos, where it can get up to 85 degrees in the winter. Have a great day
