Yesterday Judd and I did The Big Climb, a fundraiser for Leukemia. We walked up 69 flights of stairs and then got to enjoy the view from the top of the Columbia Building downtown Seattle. Judd did it in 20 minutes, it took me 40. I went slow and took several short breaks, but I made it.
Today is day one of seven in my cleanse. It's not a pill, just food. Everyday I have to eat this vegetable soup (recipe comes with the cleans instructions). In addition to the soup, I eat only fruit today. Tomorrow is only vegetables and it goes on and on. Supposedly if I don't cheat I will lose 10 - 17 pounds by the end of the week and feel more energized. I have friends that do cleanses and I've never tried. We'll see how it goes.

Hey congratulations..that's quite a few stairs to climb, I'm not sure if I would have made in in even 40 minutes..good for you.
I'm not into doing any body clensing but it sounds like a good idea. However, I am walking everyday since the snow finally stopped and not eating any unnecessary foods such as sweets and other things considered crap food. I really need to drop about 5 or 6 pounds to make myself feel happy. Exercising has to be walking or light weights or I'll be in trouble with my stupid back and neck

Great job on the stair climb.
Do you have a link for any info on the cleanse? Sounds interesting.
