Used to control BP with diet and exercise but now that I am getting older, GP monitors and controls it with medication.
My son, 1 month after his 30th birthday, suffered a massive brain haemorrhage, and is lucky to be alive. His was a frontal lobe ruptured aneurysm which has since been coiled. Thirteen months on his recovery has still not been good enough to allow him to live independently. Reluctantly, we are investigating a care home environment for him but not giving up hope that his brain might 'regenerate'
My son is having a difficult recovery after a massive brain haemorrhage in August last year. His lower body is very paralysed with a constriction in his right leg meaning that he cannot stand. He has some movement in his upper body particularly his left side. As time marches on, it looks as though he will remain dependant on others to provide all his nursing care needs.
Never thought I was depressed anyway but..............
