Close Eating Disorders
: Anorexiafor most of my life I've struggled with exercise-induced bulimia and then came anorexia. My mom struggled with bulimia and anorexia as well. I've been in treatment, and thought I was totally free of my addiction- only to find it's not that simple. I can make myself eat and get 100%, but my eating disorder really isn't about the food.

- Celexa Too Soon to Tell
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I took this when I had RSD and it help me have a more positive outlook on life.
- Residential Treatment Center Working / Worked
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- talking with my friends gives me the strength to continue the fight. I miss talking with them. I'm still able to stay in contact with one friend. She is absolutely great.
- Running Not Working
- running does not work it is not a good avoidance strategyalthough it gives good release of emotions such as angerrunning also helped me be a happier person because it felt like Id accomplished something
