EAting healthy Mood

Have not a clue on how to do this. I try every day to eat healthy. I eat fruits and veggies I loves my fruit and veggies especially fresh the fresher the better. I still struggle on eating the healthy meats like fish yuck not yet but I love chicken and need to avoid things like ribs yum hunny makes the best ribs and hot dogs I love burnt hot dogs lol

well that s my goal

    I am the same, I just try to eat good every day and stay away from salt and sugars, so very hard. lol
    And I love burnt hot dogs too. yum

    If you like hot dogs maybe try the veggie version instead. Might not taste EXACTLY the same but close enough and their made out of soy instead of 'god knows what'. Bet on the grill their quite yummie and a healthy replacement.

    OK I know I can help u here. #1 stop trying to diet if you are. Dieting is a stress-fad -- start out motivated then it fizzles. I love that you are wanting to change your eating habits. I gave up red meat to lower my risk for cancer in the colon and heart disease. Chicken can be fun to cook -- if you are in a creative mood. Fish -- I enjoy Salmon, Shrimp, Mussels. And you can eat pasta and all that just try whole wheat pasta. Walking and drinking diet pop and water helps. Balance the fruits and veggie intake -- but if you wanna be "bad" get the Weight watcher "Smart ones" desserts. They are low in calories and SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. The meals are too.

    I am a seafood, Italian food, and chicken NUT! Gosh I love chicken.

    The thing is when u are trying to loose weight is PORTION control. Measure each portion by balling up your fit and turning it side ways. It is a good rule of thumb if you do not have a food scale. Scales are really inexpensive in Walmart. God bless and keep me posted! Kristine
