    • Close Diets & Weight Maintenance

      I am a mom of 5 children with a busy schedule and have trouble maintaining my weight. I can lose but to remain at a healthy weight is difficult. I feel like I nedd daily help or support.

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      I get too lazy to write after a while.
      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      Working ok, but can get off track when I become emotional or off my daily routine
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      I would get frustrated with slow progress. Liked the support but wished I could go to more meetings per week. Am a lifetime member but not at goal weight and then I have to pay!!
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      Doesnt cover chocolate binges!!
