I have been eating better, I cut out sweets and breads. Also I've been trying to exercise daily, it's been hard to do

    hello, I too have been trying to eat better and exercise more. It is hard to do as some days I just want to sit and read or be on my lap top. Other days I get the energy and work out. Maybe it is my age :) I need to lose some weight at least 10 pounds or more by July. We are planning on a family trip to Oregon to see my parents and best friends. Also in August my husband has his 30 year reunion and really wants me to go. I told him IF my mouth is feeling good at the time I can go otherwise I would just be miserable there. Thank God it is here in California so I do not have to worry about traveling far. I want to feel good and look good for myself for my hubby. I sure don't want to embarrass him. He tells me no way on that he is so sweet. But still I really want to lose some weight so I can feel good about myself! Last year I cut out the sugar and breads and I did lose a lot of weight. I added them back in and the weight came on. SO I will too cut out down a lot on the sugar & breads. I can't go sugar free as that can cause bathroom problems!! I hope you will stay on this way of eating and feel great about yourself too. Spring is here and so are the beautiful flowers, the poppies are beautiful here. To open up our windows and smell all the flowers in bloom is so nice. I just need to watch out for snakes now as we get rattle snakes here a lot :( I hate snakes I am so afraid of them. But living where I live they are everywhere. So my walking will be on the treadmil where it is safe. But when my hubby can walk with me we will walk outside in the fresh air. Keep up the good work sweetie.

    Sounds like we have the same problem...bread and sugar. I love bread and would skip dinner to have a big piece slathered in real butter! Ha, hope you are doing good and enjoy your trip!

    HELLO HAVE YOU TOUGHT OF MAKING YOUR OWN BREAD,I HAVE A BREAD MAKER,AND THE BREAD IS HEALTHIER,AND I USE ONLY WHOLEMEAL FLOUR,ONE SLICE OF BREAD IS NOT GOING TO SPOIL ANY DIET.HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE BLOOD DIET,IT WORKS,I FEEL BETTER.ALSO I HAVE READ THAT IN YOUR CONDITION EXERCISE COULD MAKE IT WORSE,TAKE CARE,LOVE LUCY.LOOK UP 'DYSAUTONOMIA' AT www .dinet.org
