    • Close Osteoporosis

I am 38 years old. Taking actonel once a week for osteoporosis and synthroid every day for hypothyroiditis. I have three small children; two school age and one at home so it is difficult to tell whether my symptoms are from a disease or simply from daily routine. I usually get the "you are too young to have osteoporosis" Anyone outhere in my age range? Also, my endocrinologist told me in my last visit that I should not take actonel for more than 10 years.

      Treatments

      Actonel Considering
      No side effects.
      Calcium Working / Worked
I take supplement in tablets but mostly I eat food rich in calcium.
      Fosamax Too Soon to Tell
Only took one weekly dosis but it hurts my esophagus...lot of pain in the middle of my chest.
