hi i am a 47 year old mum i have four children and three grandchildren, and three dogs.i ahve been trying to lose weight on and of for years but this last two years i have put on four stone.i have been waiting to have surgery on my hip which i had two weeks ago i love walking gym and swimming but i have not been able to do any cant wait to get back into all my hobbies i miss it.well i have found daily strength and thought i would give it a go and get some support and support others that are in the same boat.

i am desperate to lose weight as i have to for my health i have always been active so to lose my mobilty and dependence was bad enough but then to put on all this weight has left me feeling like poo so with no one to blame but me i am now on a mission to get fit eat healty and exercise when i am able but for now i will have to do walking untill i can do more. i have to say i am very keen and cant wait to shed those pounds and feel fit and be able to put on my own socks yeha.

- my daughter mas been on florinef and hytrocortisone since she was born it was arough ride in the early days and she spent a lot of time in hospital,but once they got the meds right she was much better and crisses got less however she is having a bit of bother with blood pressure at the moment.she takes 150mcg daily in the mouring.

- hi to you all,i have suffered from severe heartbrn for seven years i ahd a camera down into my tum six years ago and was told it was red and inflamed and was put on lansoprazloe and am stll on them today.I have tried several times to stop them but no good,even after drinking water was so painful so here i am seven years on,i did stop taking lans a month ago and omg i thought i had an allien in my tummy,never again

have been house bound for a year or so due to my hip i was on painkillers tramadol and codine and a list of others but nothing worked i had surgery four weeks ago a arthroscopy which has helped me i am much more mobile but do still need i hip replacement but for the moment i am much more mobile and moer importantly not in constant pain.

- well four weeks post op much better then i was no more stong painkillers and i can walk my dogs again round the common it was painfull after the surgery but iwould say at this time worth iteven though i will still need hip replacement in the future.
