As many of you will know, i was in a bad place last night. Very emotional with anxiety and panic attacks. I normally fight it but am sorry to say it got me. Today i feel much better and its thanks again to my DS friends.

Rosie and Adam, two of my young friends asked for hugs on the depression site for me and i was so touched by this. I told Rosie i would never moan about the younger generation again, lol. These two are the kindest most caring young people i have ever had the pleasure to know. 

My DS big sis as ever was there for me with her wisdom and kindness but i just couldnt talk as i felt so angry at myself. I love you so much Sis and thank you for never letting me down.

Later on when i had calmed down i spoke to a very special friend who i had ranted and yelled at for nothing. After all this he spoke to me for a long time and would not sign off until he knew i was ok. Thank you G you know how much you mean to me hun;)x

Another friend Rosie who has a very sick MIL at the moment was there for me too and she is such a kind friend i am very fortunate to have her on my list. Thank you Rosie for being a true friendx

I had a lot of hugs from people i dont even know and i thank you all for your love and support.
