I am feeling okay today. I hope that the sudden cold speel doesn't cause a flair up though.

I was diagnosed when I was 19 with asthma. I have had severe allergies all my life. Over the past two years my allergies have gotten worse and I am now allergic to sulfates, sulfa, and sulfites.

Right now it seems your asthma is really getting you down. I understand what it is like, at the mo I'm having a lot of trouble too. The thing i find worst is the fact that one day i may be able to do something and the next i cant- its just so unpredictable. Hope you feel better soon Lornaxx

- Stopped taking when they changed to HFA formula's because of allergies.

- Singing along almost always will force me to breath more calmly and I can get back on track.

Type of allergy: Other FoodsI am allergic to sulfa, sulfates and sulfites. Which basically means aftificially preserved foods and some enchanced processed grains. I am also allergic to soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, medications, etc.

- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- Mostly, but I am allergic to additives and it is hard to track sometimes.
- EpiPen Working / Worked
- Only used it once, for which I am greatful.

- Allegra Working / Worked
- It works okay.
- Allergy Shots Working / Worked
- Rhinocort AQ Working / Worked
- Singulair Working / Worked
- Zyrtec Working / Worked
- Works best but my insurance doesn't cover it.
