Well, saw the podiatrist this morning and had several things confirmed. I thought it was the herniators L 4 & 5 up to no good and this was true. Causing something called drop foot, my right leg seems to be shorter than L. Also causing my feet to do the ballerina feet when I lay down. Should see Neurologist, yep, thought so too. Also, I have a bone spur at the top of arch of r foot from where the tendon was torn from the bone when I fell down a flight of stairs at home(about 8 steps) and fractured t 12, vertabre between shoulder blades, 3 years ago Dec. 19. In the fall of that year I was dx with the herniated vertabre after hurting10 years ish. Apparently the tendon was not treated as it should have been and no follow up. Makes the planar fasciitis situation plus the bones when I step are all out of place looked really weird when he did exam. I can't see it when walking. SOoooooo, he made cast of both feet for new inserts(goodby Dr. Schoals.) It will take two-two 1/2 weeks for them to come back. Dr. said then I get Rx for shoes from prosthetics store ? well I guess we'll see. Very limited what can be done for the L 4 & 5 though. Stress of course makes it worse. So far I haven't seen anything for which stress does any good. Dr. made temporary inserts to have immediate relief. Yeah. So, will see what presents it self in the next several days, seems other area's need serious attention. Prayers requested, will need big help.
