Well I came home from my son's house for Christmas and there was the greatest gift a person could ever get! A puppy!
He is just gorgeous. Check out my photo of him.
He is smart as whip and the only trouble right now is he is teething and loves to nibble on skin with his needle sharp teeth! OUCH!
May I suggest, to any of you that are lonely, make the trip to the SPCA and adopt a dog for yourself! Need not be a puppy...a grown dog would be just as much company and hopefully less training. They are such great companions and you will never feel alone or depressed (as much) with them around. They can sense when it is a good or bad day....and because they need up-keep it keeps you moving (with periods of rest in between)...
Plus, having to care and love something is just great therapy!
DO IT!!!!
PS: And if you need help with behaviour troubles I can help...my Momma is the best at training dogs and seems I picked up a bit of her skills along the way.....
